I'm loving the Unrivaled Season so far the talent is just unreal

Thoughts on the Current NBA
The game is boring. Not to be negative or hateful or whatever but where is the league going? I think we can all agree that since 2019, when Zion Williamson left Duke (Duke is puke btw) there hasn't been an interesting or impactful draft class. I have personal favorites because I'm invested in what my team and the couple of other teams I regularly watch are doing but if you asked me if I was following anyone coming out of college? HA you're hilarious. It's not that I wont watch a college game, in fact, I'll get up at 2am to watch reruns on cable but I'm just not invested in the product. If the game is gonna be chucked up 3's with very little paint play then lets at least get some charismatic 3 point shooters to back up this new era(i.e. Lamelo Ball 2.0 except their game has to actually translate). Also POST UP play in the paint drive to the basket! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MIDRANGE JUMP SHOT! And yeah I'm mostly talking to the hornets (GO HORNETS) but a lot of this stuff applies to the whole league. We currently have good players but what comes next?

- We're about a month out from the Unrivaled playoffs and I must say I am beyond thrilled with the product! #Real, intense basketball! Honestly watching Unrivaled makes me more upset about the NBA season but I won't get into that again lolz ;p.
- March Madness
- As always I have been waiting all year long for the greatness that is March Madness. I've been watching with my family since I was a kid (both my parents went to Chapel Hill and my dad went to State and almost went to USC(the real USC fuck what California got going on). Unfortunately for my college teams, men and women’s, I haven't had nearly enough time to watch half as many games as I wanted to so for now I'm mostly going in blind to march madness when it comes to UNC's opposition. I'm a little bit more well versed in the talent that is coming out of the women’s programs so I have high hopes for my Lady Gamecocks!
- NBA Playoffs
- AHHHHH The Playoffs it feels like it was just October and the season just started. If that was true I wouldn't have spent the last several months oscillating between the deepest pit of despair and the very rare celebration. Needless to say my team ain't making it *deep sigh*. GO HORNETS! I guess.
- WNBA Comeback
- FINALLY!!! My beloved WNBA is coming back I'm ready for a summer of hoops and fun from the league. I'm expecting a lot from the expansion team, the Valkyries, and with the huge shakeups from several teams after the beginning of free agency I'm extremely stoked to see where we go from here. I told myself at the end of the 2024 season that I wasn't going to get too invested in off season moves until May 16th when tip off kicks off because I refuse to get my feelings hurt about any team right now but I have not held myself to that lol. Needless to say THE CHICAGO SKY HAS RESIGNED Courtney Vandersloot! Still waiting to see what the Sky does with Chennedy's contract and also what the Liberty does with Stewie.
